hi dick i cant find that transponder should i delete the sat then scan or is there a way to manually input

just go to advanced search menu and press the green button and ad the TP no need to delete

have you changed the patch? that softcam I sent may need un zipping twice.go to Download center for all the patches & latest s/cam.I"ve got to sign off now will look in tomorrow to see how you got on.

unzipped the softcam plugged in the usb the uploaded key it still says scramble channel

downloaded the latest patch then restalled still noting i cant understand this

I have the same STB as you and had to put the keys in via the remote from the last three patches.

The softcams did not update the bulsat channels for some reason.
