Bulsat and Canal Digital not working

Hi, I have TM 3500D+ USB, I have installed new patch from download centre and latest softcam, but none of the channels open on 39e and 19e. Also all frequencies entered as per lyngsat website on hellassat 39e. Is there something that I have missed? Please help, last two days I am trying to work this out.

firstly bulsat and canal digital will not work together its 1 or the other(unless you have a diablo cam) 39e working fine for me on these transponders
12647 H 30000, 12688 H 30000, 12524 H 30000, 12565 H 30000, also try switching of your box(unplug it from socket) for a minute then switching it back on

1. ok, checked all frequencies - correct, checked patch - correct, checked softcame - correct, unpluged receiver for one minute and turned back on, scanned trough channels, none of them open. went to cas menu (patch key menu) - keys loaded on irdeto but not irdeto2 ???
2. pulled my gamma card from draw, programmed gamma card with phoenix usb and keys for bulsat (.gam file), slotted card into receiver and viola!, all opened in one sec.
