can anyone help me im tryng to open bulsat ive downloaded new patch and softcam but everything is still scrambled however i can open kanel3 as its none scrambled what do i need to do to open 39o ive been tryng for 10 days if anyone knows how or what i should do first i would be greatful im very new to this

cant get onto pen

Unzip and load to usb stick. Use firefox if having issues.

comes up with ended unexpectantly when i try to unzip

firefox is a better browser than IE. and will download that file successfully.

just tried it with IE8 no go with winzip but does open with 7-zip.
