          keys have changed so I can confirm it's down at the moment

              anybody tried the latest softcam yet
              i do'nt have 39east so i do'nt know if it opens bullsat

                  It doesnt open bulsat,but canal sat on 19E(12.285V 27500) is open as is bis on 13E (including a couple of xxx on both sats)
