NEW to Technomate TM500

hi,
i am new to this. i have technomate tm500 receiver and trying to burn an image. I have ur image date 4.7.2010 and technomate control centre but can not burn the image. everytime it gives me error message "PC is not responding..will retry, key[-1]".

I have looked at the communication setting and they are set as 192.168.1.15 and DHCP is unchecked nameserver and gateway is 192.168.1.1
i have connected got ethernet connection to the receiver but it says no internet connection.
same ip address i have on technomate centre user name: root with no password.

Please help. i will really appriciate ur replies

You need to add a pass in tcc 7
