Hello Guys. I have 2 Technomate 3150D USB's, and i cannot get Bulsat (39 East) to clear. I have tried various Patches & Softcams, and still i get ''Scrambled Picture''. I have Patched Technomate's for years, and this is the first time for me, to have a problem, (Then, this the first Tech...3150D i have tried to Patch ) When i Patch & load the Softcam it says ''Successful''. Can any one here tell me what i am doing wrong, or is it possible to Patch the 3150D USB . Many Thanks.
