    Hi everyone,
Have found the channels as you suggest and, alongside 10.847 there are three channels. Two are labelled BBC HD and 6945 (the other are BBC Regional channels). The strange thing is that there is no signal on either of them. Have tried moving them up the list to near the top but there is still no signal.
It's not our system as all the other channels, including ITV HD is showing. Can you suggest a reason. I seem to have lost the signal on both BBC HD channels.

      to: Satellite: 28.2E ASTRA2/Eurobird
      Transponder: [10] 10.847 GHz
      Symbol Rate: 22.000 MS/s
      Polarization: V

        Hi thijs,
Not sure now. I did it earlier in the week.
If I rescan will the incorrectly scanned channels be overwritten with the correct ones?
I assume I should go to the Advanced Search Menu, then use the following settings:

        Satellite: 28.2E ASTRA2/Eurobird
        Transponder: [10] 10.847 GHz
        Symbol Rate: 22.000 MS/s
        Polarization: V
        Modulation: dvb-s
        Network Search: ON

Then press the red button. Is that correct?

        Regards
        Brian

Thanks thijs (and all others who posted suggestions).
Everything's fine now. I think I must have selected a wrong setting for the modulation.
This is a wonderful forum. I have never found one where I asked a question and almost immediately received so much help.
            Thanks a lot.
