just installed a new motorised system but when signal gets to box it is fluctuating but on signal meter it is a solid signal very long run with coax

Hi blackvelvet and welcome to DK.
Because of the lack of info in your post ie box name specs length of cable run etc. the only thing I can say is look at your box manual and you will probably see that when a cable run is over a certain length you have to change voltage setting in menu to facilitate the extra length.

box is technomate 5200d and lenght of cable is 30 meters if that is any help new at this as you can possibly tell

you should still be ok at 30mts of cable what sat are you setting up on is it 1West? if you are using a cheap sat meter it will only tell you when you are on a sat not which one.do you have any picture at all?and what are the quality readings.as pat has said we need as much info as possible to help get you going.have a read of this guide I"m sending (the usals section).and get back if you dont understand anything.
