TM6800 hd - not opening

Hi all,

Well ive been trying for hours not and about to give up, 39E wont open but it is with the same keys on my friends TM5300 Super,

I have the latest patch installed (7.02p Nov 19 2010) from download center, also have the recent keys (18/12/2010)

Just wondering if anyone is having the same problems or if im doing anything wrong

Just checked on my tm6800hd with same patch 702p and same softcam and bulsat is opening fine.go into menu>system information and check patch is on cas/biss menus should show if not type 2004 on handset to toggle on/off.

are the FTA channels like "the voice"on 12.524H 30000 ok?

Thanks for the sharp reply, the voice is working fine, went into system information, the patch is on and cas/biss menus show keys in them

didnt reliase there was a toggle option for the patch, do i type 2004 on the sysem information screen

yes but no need if patch is on and if the cas/biss menus show it is.the only other thing to do is a re-scan or you could delete one of the bulsat TPs in the advanced search menu then re enter it and scan again if that works delete them all re-enter and scan.TPs are 12.524,12.565,12.647, and 12.688 all H pol & 30000 sym rate plus 11.012 V 30000 for the HD channels

If you press 2004 in system info and see cas/biss menu then it's on, press 2004 and patch goes off.
Patch is only on when you can see cas/biss menu.
Keys wont work without patch being on.
Check you have a correct working softcam.

as manic01 has said the softcam may be suspect.try this one
