    Major Assistance tm500s

    Guys i have had my tm500s delivered and i have it by me now. What is the first and last thing i should do with it before i can start viewing. A simple guide for an idiot (me) would take me a long way...please post and god bless...ps i only need a setup for a fixed dish

      It should have a pre-loaded official image that will allow it to work straight out of the box for simple FTA reception,just follow the on screen prompts and the instructions book.is your dish already installed and if so what sat are you on. also check out the thread "TM600 software update" posted by neildrum in the general satellite section on the 5th jan 2011.

          Guys i have flashed the box, however i can not ftp into the box as password is not recognised, can anyone advise me on this?
