newbie - Adult TV - TM 5400 CI+ Super USB

Hi All

Ive just got my first TM 5400 CI + Super sat system with a fixed dish and x2 lnb on a fixed curved bracket - 1 lnb goes to 28.2e and 1 lnb goes to 13.0e "i think or its" 19.2e and I wanted to get adult tv not the soft uk stuff, i assume I need to downloaded and install the lates softcam http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-2010-a-96721/ dated 4th May 2010. Is that all i need to do or do i need to add all the previous softcam's on top of each other starting with the earliest? or do they overwrite each other? and then do i need to do something else? im not bothered if the channels are not english :-) also which sat is best to be using on my 2nd lnb - 13.0e or 19.2e etc? i have 1 lnb for official sky which connects to my sky box and the 2 lnb which goes to my TM 5400 super box but i have a limited span on the fixed curved bracket which is on my 90cm dish.

Any help would be great

you will have to load the latest patch and softcam to recieve the adult channels, you do not need to load them all just the latest ones.
sorry I am not sure what sat you need to be on to get the most adult channels but I am sure some one on here will let you know,if you had a motorised dish you could get loads on other sats .

there are no adult channels on hotbird that are available with patch/softcam. the channels you are after are on 39e/19.2e/4.8e. my advise would be get yourself a zone1/2 dish for your s*y sub and then get yourself a motor for your 90cm dish. you could also go the official card route with a 6 month 3/4 channel card for around ?30. regards mdt

If i got a 3rd lnb is there any devices where i can join the 2 seperate lnb RF leads together i.e 1st lnb on 39e and 2nd lnb on 19.2e then both RF's connect to some sort of device then 1 RF output lead which connects to my TM5400.

you would need a diseqc switch any satellite dealer will sell them.you would then need to go to satellite setup and select diseqc 1.0 and asign 1 lnb to say 39E (1 of 4) and 1 say 19E or 13E (2 of 4) or the other way round if that doesnt work.I"ve never tried that bigger angle difference on one dish but others will have tried it.
MDTs advice is the best way to go.get a motor.most of the adult stuff you want is on 13E but you will need to subscribe for them.

LNB now pointing to 19.2e

Thanks All for your help over the past few weeks, Update.......
OK, this weekend i got myself a twin LNB and a 4 way diseqc, my current setup now is that I have a twin lnb pointing to 28.2e and a single lnb pointing to 19.2e. The 1st plug on the twin lnb is a straight feed directly to my offical sky box, the 2nd plug on the twin lnb feeds to my port 2 on the diseqc, I used my orig lnb and pointed it to 19.2e and connected it to port 3 on the diseqc (was told port 1 had to be used for 13e and i dont have this set up at the mo so i left it out for the time being) which means i can now receive 28.2 and 19.2 on my Technomate 5400 Super CI +. I reset it to manu default setting re-added the patch and the sofcam so all is setup and looking good "so i thought" i can receive channels ok on both 28.2 and 19.2 but i can seem to find the adult channes can any point me in the right direction what CAS/SAT/TP are they on and what times do they show if this is a factor, any help would be great.

the softcam for canaal digitaal.nl is down as i type it did have hustler tv and dorcel tv working but like i said down now as i type keep an eye on Softcam Keys for the latest softcams and an eye on Download center for latest patches
