problem trying to load the latest patch for tm1500 ci+

    hi all
my technomate went off this morning (keys) i have just seen there was a new patch available on the 13th jan so this is what happens when i try and load it,i go to the download centre and click on the latest patch then a box pops up and asks what should firefox do with the file? the option is showing open with tm 1000 series mfc application so i click ok then my darkman loader box pops up and also another box pops up DOWNLOADS which shows the file title,so in the darkman loader i have software and download selected i then click browse then another box pops up and tells me file not found please verify the correct file name given. can somebody please tell me what i am doing wrong in simple terms please.

i've just changed browser to internet explorer and i've been able to extract the file and i'm currently loading it now. i think it was a success when i loaded the keys it detected version 315 but obviously the keys are not current so still only fta on 39 east.

you lost me a bit in your 1st post.but with firefox if you click on save it will save the file to a "downloads" folder where you can extract it if compressed.then when you open the loader click the software tab if patching or the keys tab if loading a softcam then click browse find the download folder(or where ever you put the extracted file)in the "look in" slot at the top then find the extracted file in the large box and highlight and click on open click on the file again and open again then click connect and file should load if box is connected and on.(latest bulsat keys are now in the softcam section)

i think the problem was extracting the file from the firefox downloads box as i managed it with internet explorer.
