hi guys ... i got a old technomate 100d for free..... but a cant get any channel,,, do i have to update it ?

Have you done a full scan? ANy error messages when veiwing free to air channels

you will need to update "patch" your reciever with the latest patch/softcam. you can do this with a pc and a "null modem" patch lead and the darkman loader. regards mdt

hi guys.... got channels on my old 1000d technomate...
got serial cable rs232 connect,,,but nothing happen.,..

am i missing anything

by the way got loaders from thr great darkman

and no luck..

still no lucky with my old tecnomate 100d ,,,, got some channels ... got an usb to rs232 .. but no lucky to pach...

neysean,I had the same problem with my 1000D,Those USB to rs232 things don't work.I had to do mine from a pc to box with rs232c Which means wires 2 and 3 are crossed. After that, all up and running. Hope this helps
