    connecting a technomate tm9100 to an existing motorised dish

    i have a technomate tms 1500 connected to my motorised dish but have now bought a tm9100 do i just take the old box out and put new one in and away i go or do i need to do anything else as i said the dish is already set up and working cheers

    if you are using usals then yes you will need to enter your lat/long numbers and then put a up-to-date channel list in. if you are using diseqc 1.2 then drive your tm1500 to say 42e and swap to the tm9100 and store each satellite position around to 30w. good luck! regards mdt

        what img are you running? is it a ur img or edg?. there should be some sort of satellite list available via the addons server but if its anything like the tm600 then its about 8 weeks out of date. regards mdt
