help inserting a channel key

Hi, I am a bit of a newbie on this, could anyone help me on this please :
I would like to watch a channel not very common (ESPN classic Italia) that use crytoworks, I know the key from a well known web site(naj****) so the problem is how can I insert the key on my technomate 5400?
It is a 32 digit long key(letters and numbers) and I have tryed inserting it on biss but no result, on cas when I select cryptoworks the lenght of the key is half of the one that I would like to punch.
I do have a diablo cam and I was wandering can I punch the keys on the cam via the cam menu configuration?
I know that is not very important but I am sure that it should be easy but I am missing something and this drive m crazy (a bit)!!!

If its the espn on 5e then the keys are in the latest softcam already.
Just unzip to usb and transfer that way.

Hi, thank you for your quick reply, I am not sure that is the same channel, I can open "ESPN classic sport europe" but not the "ESPN classic Italia". Could you tell me how to manally punch the key please? Or how to add that channel on the softcam?many thanks

If it's the keys starting BD D3 A8 then they are out of date sorry.
