Technomate TM500 Newbie PLEASE HELP!

Hi I have a techmnomate TM500 it was flashed when I bought it, and I was receiving all the channels, it is connected through ethernet cable. Now after around a year my flashed channels dont seem to be woring anymore. When I go to 'communication setup' it says I have nom internet connection.

I am really lost and have no idea what to do or where to start. I would really appreciate any help you guys can offer me.

Please remember I am a novice at this stuff.

it looks like you bought a tm600 with a 12mnth c-line installed. you can either google cs and be prepared for alot of reading/trial and error or contact the guy you got the box off and take it from there. please be aware that most satellite/cable forums frown upon discussion of n*s/cs/hacking uk channels, this one included. think yourself lucky that you actually got your 12mnths and were not cut off after 1to3 months. regards mdt
