What is CCcam?

Hi I am a newbie and has just purchased a Dreambox with the hope that research would lead me into discovering some tricks and tecniques in discovering a work around PP channels, I have been hearing about CCcam and don't seem to be able to get a configured working version - any help would be deeply appreciated .
