Just updated all files to box, not been done for quite a few months, had loads of freezing, seem to of lost ESPN AND EXTREME SPORTS,

Any ideas please.

some of the espn chns have stopped broadcasting
and the freezing etc: could be from how your opening the chns
unless you mean it freezes on all chns including the fta ones
