Had to factory default complete box back to when first purchased

Is the latest patch 133p

latest soft cam key dated 16-08-2013

and the latest ADDON IS 3-ADDON_ 002P

IF I AM WRONG ON ANY OF THESE PLEASE CORRECT ME

Yes there is but be warned that this appears to have lip synch issues after a while i have uploaded here for you but personally on the M2 version i would stick with Patch 101p

do i have to open this file before loading on to a stick or can i load it straight on and then install to my box cheers

Yes you will have to extract it and place onto a USB stick and flash from there.
