Have bulsat keys changed again all channels are scrambled. I'm using tm 6800hd non super with latest patch and 16.09.10 softcam but can't open anything...............cheers

Bulsat still open with me, try using the softcam before the 16th one.

nope still not working. Are ther any other settings I should be changing. also this new softcam turns off my system after installing is that normal as the last one that worked for me didnt and i had to turn off manually..............cheers

Not sure about the 6800 non super but on my 6900 super after loading the softcam it has never turned the system off, only the patch does that.

when i insert the usb drive into the unit it doesnt see the file

Have you unzipped the file ? The patch file should have an extension .stb and the softcam file should have an extension .key. Check the usb stick on your computer to see that the files are there.

I don't recognise that model number, are you sure it's not a 5400 ? If so is it a super or non-super model ?

ok so just to recap insert usb install patch then instal keys should the bulsat channels then open

As long as you have scanned the Bulsat channels into your receiver.
