Bulsat and Canal Digital not working

Hi, I have TM 3500D+ USB, I have installed new patch from download centre and above softcam, but none of the channels open. Also all frequencies entered as per lyngsat website on hellassat 39e. Is there something that I have missed? Please help, last two days I am trying to work this out.

have done the same as u mate still scrambled if u find prob give me a replyi was told it defently works

1. ok, checked all frequencies - correct, checked patch - correct, checked softcame - correct, unpluged receiver for one minute and turned back on, scanned trough channels, none of them open. went to cas menu (patch key menu) - keys loaded on irdeto but not irdeto2 ???
2. pulled my gamma card from draw, programmed gamma card with phoenix usb and keys for bulsat (.gam file), slotted card into receiver and viola!, all opened in one sec.
