Hi mate you might start by saying what tm you have and if you have loaded the latest patch. softcam is working for everybody else.

Always load patches first before you try loding a softcam
Go here Download center and download the latest patch from the tm5000 section make sure to use super if your one is a super unzip or unrar put on memory stick and put in your tm go to data transfer in the usb menu
load patch this will take a few minutes back up your channel list on memerory stick do factory reset and put your channel list back on then put on your softcam." this is all in the stickies "
