Hi guys just bought this box I have a problem when I install open pli or team vix image I can scan channels but I have no sound do I have a dead box.

How's it connected to tv ?

Through HDMI mate no sound but when I use sound I get sound I bought it from nextbay my bad I guss I have lost ?145.00

What happens when you press the audio button on the remote, can you see a couple of different streams ?
Does the Uno have a scart socket you can try and hook it up to the TV ?

When I press audio button I have tried all the streams mate o sound on hdmi but when I plug scart lead in the sound is fine

Have ya tried a different HDMI lead then ?, or try it in different HDMI connection on yer TV ?

Yep I have tried both of them mate no joy.

Their is a optical out put on the box what can I connect to it to get some sound as the HDMI port looks faulty.

Can I plug a SCART plug to DIN to get my sound but can i watch on HDMI and get sound off my scart. Or would I need to have it set on my scart channel.
