I have got it to work mate got my sub running through scart port. The image I am using is open pli but it strange because when I boot my box it says blackhole then it moves on to openpli screen?

You will have to disconnect your hard, then do a fresh install, or look on the
hard drive for a folder beginning with Vu, delete that.

Only time Ive seen what you described is when a hard drive has been connected and BH flashed to it, once the hard drive is removed you can flash any image to it.
If it's not 100% right m8, send it back, as it will only give you more problems later on Im afraid, buy an original box, less hassle tbh.

Have one of these waiting for me when I get home. Have you updated with the latest security update? From what I've been reading this should help out with using more recent images?!?! Never used a clone before so not had any issues like this but I fear I may have fun trying to get it setup very shortly!!

I take it you formatted the usb before putting another image on to it?

Yes I have formatted the usb drive mate and latest security update v3 as-well still same I have had ?75.00 refund from nextbay they told me to send it back. But if I send it back will they send me a new box or refund me what is remaining ?71.00 because I paid ?146.00 for the box so i end up paying for return postage. Seems they only pay up when I say i am going to tell pay-pal

Having trouble update this V3.2 security update. Cant seem to get the box to flash. Follow the procedures with native 232 port and XP but cant seem to get the box to start flashing..
