loose tuner on vu duo not working other one fine

Have a vu duo tuner b is quite loose at back it will recognise tuner in config set up but won't find channels when scanned is this ****ed or any chance of repair

Only scans on tuner A m8, what have you got tuner B setup in the config settings ?

I have 28.2 in the other tuner should this be different
