Vu duo 99% snr no channels not even fta

Need some advice I have got almost 100 signal but no channels tuner config is simple single 28.2 disc no as fixed dish still no channels so really lost any help appreciate it

have you got 2 sat cables from 28.2 connected and what have you scanned on ,look closer.
