I am afraid we cannot help you without a more somewhat detailed explanation of how the error occurred or perhaps you could post the error logs themselves

Have a look on the box on the left hand side does it have a white sticker on it if it does its a clone and you will need to go to vu plus hd.tv to get a clone safe image either blackhole or vix image then copy to usb pop in front usb and re flash the box

I personally use vix as use to it epg is 7 days and very stable have a try with vix make sure you format usb to fat 32 then copy image to root of usb insert in box at front whilst box is switched if then switch on also you may need to try a few usb sticks as the vu duo can be a pain with certain usb sticks it should say reading then programming then erase then flashing takes around 3 mins top to flash wait till it says finished then unplug usb switch it off from back switch back on and fingers crossed will be flashed perservere u you will get there

You may need to try a few images on it do you know which clone version it is should have a sticker on the back either v2 or v3 also when switching on at back switch it on then off after 3-5 seconds then back on again they are a pain to boot sometimes with mine I have to do this so it boots up ok otherwise mine gets stuck on starting if yours is a v3 have a look on vu plus hd .tv and make sure you download a v3 image also all v2 images will still work as long as its s v3 if its a v2 then you can only use v2 images on it

Try Blackhole 1.7.2 thats what most of the clones use to come shipped with its a good image and can be downloaded from most places, switch the box off and try either the front USB or the back ones until it flashes.
