My dog chewed up my remote so I bought a new one but don't no how to register or do what ever to make it work my box. I can get channels up but says tuned failed. Need help ASAP

Try your satellite connection s at the back make sure there is no inner wire touching the outer cable also maybe possibly a tuner fault on the mainboard
