Help flashing ultimo

I am new to all this just got the above box.

put a image on usb stick.

1 turned off

2 put usb in (image in folder vu+ / ultimo

3 turned back on / reads usb

4 press button.

5 its just starts up like normal back to openpli.

could image be a wrong one?

any help would be cool thnaks

only use images for your vu model
i'm sure [but not certain] you cant load
the wrong image the box wont recognise
the files. just follow the info below

you first download a image to your desktop
then you open the zip/rar folder and extract
the open folder vuplus to your desktop, do not
open the folder send this to a usb stick that has
been formatted to fat32, it will say transferring
files to the stick once these files are on the stick
remove it from the computer and go to the vu and
turn it off with the switch on the rear panel, now put
the stick in the front usb port on the box, and then turn the box back on and follow the on screen instructions, then when it says finished remove the stick and reboot, you take the stick out of the vu usb port then turn the box off again with the rear
switch wait a few moments and turn the box on again, now the box will boot up with the image you have just loaded

Make sure you have the ultimo image of your choice downloaded to desktop. Format usb fat 32 open it up unzip the image file on desktop there will be a folder called vuplus drag it over to usb.
Once this is done check that you have vuplus folder and inside this will be ultimo folder > Make sure no usb are connected to box turn box off insert one with image on turn on box press - button when prompted follow instruction then wait for remove usb. Some images reboot automatically but if not when usb has been removed turn box off and on to reboot. Ps sorry for double post benny.
