I have just got a 2nd hand vu+ultimo for 200 with 3 tuners + 500 gig box and all the kit from a lad who had for around 1 year.

put vix on it works 100% good etc.

But its a grey import have found out.

some say i may get a bomb from vix in next up date etc.

should i sell and save get a uk model or keep it.

whats the down side to a grey import apart from the warrranty you get if u buy new.

I saw this Receiver on the Bay advertised from by someone from Bolton,Lancs. I would not worry too much as far as i am aware there are no Clones of the Ultimo it sounds like he may have originally purchased this from a European retailer.

Dont panic it wont brick if you do an update
