Share VU hdd to another VU box

I have a vu solo2 downstairs with a VIX image on and another upstairs with a VIX image.

How can watch the recording of the box downstairs on the box upstairs.

Is there a plugin or some share settings that allow this to happen?

Ensure you have SAMBA running and each receiver should see each other over your network

Its normally built into the image and as default is set to Run, I dont use the Vix image but i am sure they have this in by default.

When it is running you need to set each hard drive on each machine as a share so both can access each other

may depend on what vix image is on box as new apollo has this now.

Plugins
As part of streamlining the image, removed NFS, AFP, Samba, OpenVPN, Inadyn, MiniDLNA & uShare from default image (can now be installed/de-installed through Network setup screen).
