    No LCD or Remote Control

    Been away from home for 4 weeks to come back to my Vu Uno remote control & lcd display not working. The box still operates fine when using remote access to change channels. I have searched for similar problems but dont seem to find any answers. Is it likely a PSU issue or possibly a software problem.

      Open box with power off and check ribbon to lcd display is seated ok. Are you saying remote doesn't bring up menu on screen? Maybe lcd faulty.

          The remote does not function at all since LCD has gone off. I can operate the box through and app on my phone though. Once I get a bit of time ill reflash the software.

              Yeah weird that remote doesn't work as usually batteries or settings for remote on box. Let us know how you get on with clean reflash. Uno has always been a solid little box. Out of interest was box on standby or switched off when you where away?
