Lost channels

Hi all, running my Vu boxes as freesat then with IPTV separate. My issue is on freesat I’m missing a lot of channels channel 4, channel 5, BBC four, 5star, E4, 5 USA and a few others. I’ve checked my sat signal and that’s fine.
Can anyone help please.

Use the Autobouquet maker and make sure you tick the feature that lets you keep other bouquets intact
