vu+ duo sd pic quality

hi got my box monday set it all up everything is working fine but the sd pic quality isnt the best compared to my old dm800. i messed aroud with the setting last night and coudnt get it to go any better! did a bit of googleing and it seens alot of people are saying about the sd pictuer quality. the hd pic qualit is fine . is there anyplugins you can get to make the pq any better. i am running the vix team image (great work ruberduck)

Using an HD lead m8 ?, my SD pic is bang on using a 50" plasma.
Can you post a screen capture of your sd pic ?

yea was using a hdmi lead sorted it now downloaded the addon for the picture quality

Hi, i'm about to buy either a VU+Duo or an Xtrend ET9000 and i am concerned having read the negative comments about the SD picture quality of the Duo. How bad is it? I really am looking for the best quality possible from both HD and SD! your thoughts would really help...

am the same as dell ive ahd a vu duo since they came out and have never had a problem with sd or hd so any one thinking of buying trust me if your getting a bad picture its your set up

if the signal is bad you cannot improve it as some are high and some are low,the lower the worse it will be,it depends from the broadcaster what the transmission is 1920 x 1080 down to i think 256?
