files to pc

When u record a programe and sent it to ur pc using vu control centre, i see there is 4 or 5 files if i convert the biggest of these files to avi is that it am i going to have a playable file or do u need to convert more than 1 file to make it playable.....ta

Not sure but if you have windows 7, provided that your vu duo is connected on the same network, simply go to computer->network(left side). There you should find your vu's hardrive, simply navigate to the videos/movies folder. This way the video files should not be split up. Hope this helps.
