Recieved Vu Duo but blank screen ?

    Recieved Vu Duo but blank screen ?

    Hi, recieved the Vu Duo today, installed hdd, plugged it in , just get blank screen, tried another hdmi cable same, at front of box says starting , then get Vu Duo, but tv is blank ? anyone know whats wrong ?

      hi, its ok, i emailed w.o.s withon few mins i got call, now thats fast

      it was because i had hdd installed, with ntfs , deleted volume of hard drive in pc,

      put back in working fine, now to flash vix 2.3 image

        excellent mate, as i said in my opinion the guy offers the single best after-sales support in the business, not like some who want nothing to do with you once the sale has been made.

          Hi, got it all working now, pretty easy same as any enigma 2 box, i know not allowed to talk about cams, but i got slight mgcamd issue wonder anyone help me on it ?

            you will get help in the general setup of the cam but not where it concerns cardsharing for obvious reasons.
