As the title says, when i boot up my box after netwwork and satellite scans, all i get is Vu + duo loading, this is probably a simple fix but as been a complete NOOB to Vu i will ask if this is the norm?

Push down on remote, middle ok, then you have up down left right, press down, the red button I think it is, all channels, scroll down to you see BBC 1, click on it. -

would that be a non working channel that has moved,pity we cant have that logo in colour
