problems with mounting usb pen

hi all, having problem loading epg with black hole image, epg wont load, it is now saving to the usb pen but wont load, tryed upgrading image, but still have same problem with new image 1.7.0, tryed several usb pens but still the same, starting to think it a problem with the box as other vu is working fine, starting to get to me,
