ive just set up my vu+duo image and all that is installed put the long and latatude in but when i try to do muliti sat scan it carnt find anything i know my dish is working as if finds every sat with my dm500 i have a DiSEqC 1.2 Motor any help please

I had this problem. Stuck a catseyes bouquet in, rebooted the stb and there she was!
Give that a try. It had my installer baffled for an hour swearing the box was a pile of crap.

put the dish on 0.8/1w first then change the boxes over
then it should recognise the vu and move the dish
i did try to answer your pm, but your pm box is full it needs emptying

download bouquet. Unzip to pc. Open dreamboxedit, click open, browse to bouquet, open it in dreamboxedit, then send it to stb.
Restart stb and new bouquet should be loaded.
