hi i have this box with VIX image the volume control dose not work some time and some time it is working fine i have not changed anything .how do i fix this ?

Under the hdmi-cec settings, turn off the option it mentions about volume control, it's towards the bottom of the list, sorry can't remember the exact name of the option off the top of my head but it's something to do with volume. If it still doesn't work turn off hdmi-cec all together. -
