Software problem

Hi, my clone vu+ duo came today and iv loaded vix 2.3 onto it but every time I go to watch a channel it says your receiver encountered a software problem and needs to reboot. Iv tried the black hole image and it's doing the same on that. Any ideas guys? Cheers

you need to provide more information. such as is the receiver a clone or not. what plugins have you installed etc etc etc. the more info you can give the better otherwise were just guessing as to your problem.

Sorted it guys cheers just installed a channel list and it's been fine since.

yes i did see that but went into standard reply mode as i see hundreds of such threads where users dont supply any info what so ever, so trying to help becomes guess work.
