The kernel is part of the image it self. all you need to do is flash the latest image ( build 268 or 275 ). be aware though as these images use the latest drivers you must also flash the FPGA update as this is a critical update for the tuner cards.
And as i explained to you in your other thread and as RD has in this one all you need to do is download an image place onto a USB and flash simple as that, Plenty of guides on how to do this in this section as well as images
