got vu+ duo with vix 2.4 on it , i cant get tuners to work at all , im lost tbh what a mistake buying this box

any tips guys?

Have you actually set the tuners up in the first place ?.

Menu> Setup> Service searching> Tuner Configuration>

now if your using a Fixed dish pointing towards 28.2 east, setup as follows.

Single
Simple
28.2 East.
no.

get CCcam from here.

FTP the .ipk to /TMP then on the receiver.
blue button> ViX> install local extension>.

once installed FTP into the receiver and place your CCcam.cfg file in ETC/.

then.

blue button> softcam manager> yellow to start CCcam / blue to set auto startup.

download tspanel from net and ftp the ipk file to tmp folder and manual install it then get the cam you need from linuxsat _support_addons

just install tspanel and get it from there.

This is 3.6 i had stored on my laptop. Just update it after install.

to install ftp to tmp then goto telnet and type the following

pkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-tspanel_3.6_mipsel.ipk

On ViX images or all?

I have used tspanel on BH and PLi images and never had any problems what so ever.

Each to their own ah suppose.
