TBH I don't think this is memory flash size issue anyway. Surely mount tables are built into the Linux configs as they are with UNIX. Running out of memory and crashing/rebooting should just lead to the mounts to be reinitiated on boot. Don't understand how they can be 'lost'.
BTW, out of curiosity, why manually download the EPG when you can get it updated for 'free' via the configs. Whats the reasoning here??
