vu duo clone hard drive keeps freezing

hey guys my vu duo clone has been working perfect then all of a sudden when i press the record button a green screen comes up with a message saying the box needs to reboot its running black hole 1.76
is it a software issue or could it be the hard drive ?

Mine did this and I solved the problem by changing the hard Drive settings to 'Never Standby' It would appear that the software does not pull the hard drive out of standby when needed.

Have you tried reflashing it?

images become corrupt and unstable some times and a re flash is all thats needed.
