CCcam - Newcamd - Mgcamd. which one should i choose?

hi everyone, my servers offering CCcam - Newcamd - Mgcamd. which one should i choose? which one will give me less freezing etc, better experience?

im using vu duo clone with vix image.

another thing, when i goto menu > plugins > download plugins. 'sorry feeds are down for maintenance'. that message been there since the day i install vix image about 3 weeks back.

V3 is out :-), do not update yer clone box past version 2.4 155 anyway :-)

i think it's fine line mate but probably because
thats how to manualy install cccams on a images
now the tspanel is not compatible on some images
i think the c/s bit only applies when you want to

'sorry feeds are down for maintenance' i had that also on my solo original for over a week,i also noted a green flashing light telling me of an update online which i did and that cleared the message.

i presume a software update is ok as your not flashing a new image onto box.

software update 'safe' for clones?

Safe only to version 155 I'm led to believe, I think if you update to whatever the latest version of 2.4 your box wont boot, 2.4 155 is the last you can update a clone to.
I might be wrong ?

Also if you have the green flashing light on yer original and it wont update you have to do a fresh install of 2.4 for it to update, seems there was a prob with a release that wouldn't let you update, had this prob a while back and RD put me right.

And I found that we have rules relating to such discussions.

If there are any more payserver related queries the OP will not have time to query our rules. They are here for a reason please follow them, you are here long enough to understand them. I have deleted the thread you used as an "It's OK to post" example. If any other threads of this nature are posted maybe you could report them in breach of our rules, rather than highlighting them?
