Problem with program information, not recording

Hi looking for some *help with my Vu Duo on BH 1.7.4.0.

When I record a program it doesn't record any program information.

I also have a similar problem with the program guide, the channel I'm watching shows program information in the 'next' box *but shows nothing at all in the 'now' box. *It doesn't happen with all channels but if I switch to a change that has 'now' information the information then disappears from the 'now' box.

Hope that's a bit clearer than mud, it's the best way I can think to describe the problem!

I'm really puzzled because the information is obviously 'there' but it just isn't being displayed.

Have you initialised hdd and mounted it? Have you set up recording path? Have you set up cross epg?

Program's record just fine albeit without associated program info and programme information shows for every channel except the one I'm actually watching, it's really got me stumped!

Did you use crossepg or bh epg?
