HD Channel Problems

Only had the Duo for a couple of days now. All SD channels are fine but certain HD channels (BBC HD, ITV HD, C4 HD, C5 HD all fine) suffer from audio drop out of about 1 sec followed by a picture jitter. Anyone else had this, if so how did they fix it??

Not sure if the HD channels draw more power as the clones are known for power problems.

Thanks for the quick reply but it's a genuine box not a clone.

Must be the server then m8, check your connections at the back of the box, make sure no copper wires are touching the middle core.

EDIT: Just re-read your post, going to go with the suggestion above that it's your server/provider.
