You don't need to mess about with full scans, or DBE its only a modulation/fec change.
Just do a manual scan (single transponder) of the bbc transponder (10847 V), change modulation to 8psk and FEC 2/3, and I left clear before scan set to no, do the scan and your bbcs will be working again....
