    Wrong system time

I just upgraded to VIX 2.4 155 and since doing so the time on the box is wrong - it's an hour behind.

It seems to be showing UTC even though I've set it to GMT which given the time of year should be BST or GMT+1 if you like.

I tried changing the timezone to Amsterdam, but this goes to an hour ahead of the current UK time.

I've mucked about, restarted Enigma2, restarted the box - everything I can think of. Even changed the time source from transponder to NTP.

    I'm baffled.

Any ideas or anyone seen this before?

I re-installed the image, but to no avail.

    The time is still wrong.

Any ideas? It's doing my head in trying to sort it.

try that if you are on a foreign sat i think times are mixed up.

after box is flashed i think it gives you a quick setup guide like connections, locations and network.

Timezone already set and I'm on astra 28E only.

        Still an hour behind.

I can find other people having the same problem, but no the solution.

When I try to set it to a timezone one hour ahead, the time on the box jump 2 hours?????

Did another re-install, but this time rather than restore my settings, I set it up from scratch.

Seems to have done the trick.

Right pain in the arse though.
